1. Who We Are
Lemon Lane OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a community platform connecting women for peer support and coaching.

2. What We Do
We offer:
Membership access to local peer-support groups (“Lanes”)
Optional 1:1 peer matches
Optional sessions with coaches or coaches-in-training
Community events and workshops
We are not a therapy provider or medical service.
Description of Services
The Services allow users to connect over shared inner work. While we strive to provide meaningful connections, we cannot guarantee:
Compatibility with other participants.
Unique participants at each meet up. You may meet individuals you’ve previously interacted with, especially if no feedback was provided or positive feedback was given about them.
Reservations The Platform’s Services are limited to restaurant reservations for meetups.
The duration of dinners is determined by the participants. The Restaurant address will be communicated via the Platform on the day of or the day before your reservation. We reserve the right to modify the Restaurant or its location due to unforeseen circumstances. We make no guarantees regarding the number of attendees at the meetup. The cost of meals, including food and beverages, is not included in the Service fee and is entirely at your expense.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By using Lemon Lane or signing up as a member or coach, you agree to these Terms.
If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
4. Membership & Payments
Membership is £25 per month with a 3-month minimum commitment.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
You may cancel anytime after the 3-month minimum through your member portal or by emailing us.
Refunds are not offered for partially used periods.
Upgrades
1:1 or coaching-in-training sessions may be added for an additional fee (shown at checkout).
Refunds
If we’re unable to match you appropriately within 4 weeks of joining, you’ll receive a full refund for your first month’s membership fee — no questions asked.
Otherwise, refunds aren’t available for:
Partially used membership periods
Missed sessions or events
Changes of mind after joining
If you believe there’s been an error or an exceptional circumstance, email contact@lemonlaneclub.com within 14 days of the charge — we’ll review it individually.
5. Community Conduct
We expect all members to:
Keep conversations respectful and confidential.
Avoid judgment, discrimination, or unsolicited advice.
Not promote or sell services within the community without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove anyone who breaches these standards.
6. Coaching & Guidance Disclaimer
Coaches-in-training are not licensed therapists.
Sessions are for personal growth, not clinical treatment.
You remain responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions.
If you are in crisis, contact local emergency or mental-health services.
7. Intellectual Property
All Lemon Lane branding, content, and materials are protected by copyright and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Privacy & Data
We handle personal data according to our [Privacy Policy] and applicable GDPR / UK GDPR rules.
By using the service, you consent to us processing your data for matching, communication, and community purposes.
9. Liability Limit
Lemon Lane is not liable for:
Actions, advice, or omissions of individual members or coaches.
Personal outcomes resulting from participation.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for membership in the previous 3 months.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally.
If we make significant changes, we’ll notify members by email or in-app.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes will be handled in Estonian courts.
