Sharing Circle & Wellness Social is a two-part gathering that combines meaningful conversation with shared wellbeing experiences.

We begin with a peer-led Sharing Circle to connect through honest reflection and deep conversation.
Afterwards, we move into a gentle wellness activity — creating space not only to talk about growth, but to embody it together.

Connection meets care.

Sharing Circle & Wellness Social is a 90-minute community experience designed to nourish both connection and wellbeing.

Part 1 — Sharing Circle
We start with a peer-led circle using thoughtful prompts and layered questions (“deep” and “deeper”) to create space for honest conversation and shared reflection. There is no coach and no pressure — just real connection.

Part 2 — Wellness Social
After the circle, we shift into a shared wellbeing activity. This may include:

  • A mindful walk

  • A gentle movement session

  • Journaling together

  • A breathwork practice

  • A healthy brunch or tea ritual

The intention is simple:
To move from conversation into embodiment.
To feel grounded, connected, and uplifted.

You’ll leave with:

This format is ideal if you want both depth and softness, reflection and shared experience in one gathering.
