How much does it cost to join Lemon Lane as a coach? +
Nothing. Joining Lemon Lane is completely free.

We only earn when you do — through a platform fee on sessions booked via Lemon Lane.
How much can I earn as a coach on Lemon Lane? +
Your earnings depend on how you work with us — through 1:1 sessions or Inner Work Gangs.
1:1 Coaching sessions:
You set your own level and choose your price from our given range accordingly.

We work with four experience levels:
  1. Emerging Coaches — (see how we work with coaches in training in the last FAQ)
  2. Accredited Coaches (€80/hr)
  3. Established Coaches (€110/hr)
  4. Senior Coaches (€140/hr)
Each level comes with a recommended price range, so clients know what to expect — but you always stay in control of your positioning within that.

When a session is booked through Lemon Lane, we retain a 25% platform fee — the rest goes directly to you.
Inner Work Gang Guided Growth sessions:
As a coach, you can guide an Inner Work Gang — our 4-week group experience.

You'll lead a small group of around six women through weekly online sessions (once a week, typically Sundays).

It's always the same group, so there's space to build trust, depth, and real connection over the month.

Each member joins through a paid membership:
→ you receive 60% of the total group revenue
→ we retain 40% as the platform fee

This is also a good opportunity for you to gain exposure for additional 1:1 clients.
How do I get clients through Lemon Lane? +
We match you. Based on a member's inner work needs, personality and life stage, we suggest 3 coaches — and you might be one of them.

No endless browsing. No fighting for visibility.

Just high-quality matches.
Can clients choose me directly? +
Yes.

Some clients come through matching, others discover you through sessions, events or on our social media platforms — and book you directly via us.
What kind of clients will I work with? +
Women who are ready to do inner work but don't necessarily want (or need) therapy.

Think:
  • career confusion
  • overthinking
  • self-worth
  • life transitions (heartbreak, etc.)
  • "what am I doing with my life?"
Can I work with clients outside of Lemon Lane? +
For clients you meet through Lemon Lane, sessions stay on-platform.
Do I need to be an accredited coach? +
As an emerging coach, you start by building visibility and experience inside Lemon Lane.

You can:
  • host audio-only sessions
  • share your perspective
  • let members get to know you in a low-pressure way
From there, members can choose to work with you 1:1 at a lower entry price point (€30/hr).

At this stage, session revenue goes to Lemon Lane —
and in return, you gain:
  • real client experience
  • visibility within the community
  • trust before stepping into paid coaching tiers
Think of it as your practice + exposure phase inside the platform.

As soon as you gain your accreditation, you'll move up to the Accredited Coach level.
